Your satisfaction is our priority at Smartopic. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and return policy below for instructions on how to proceed.
1. Return Eligibility
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email info@smartopic.xyz or call 703-743-2578 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Return Instructions: Our team will provide return instructions and the return address. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the instructions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this when you contact us. Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when contacting our support team.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@smartopic.xyz.
